C. Benjamin Graff, ESQ | General Counsel

Benjamin Graff serves as EBS’s corporate counsel.  Prior to joining EBS, Mr. Graff managed and handled his own successful trial practice firm specializing in corporate and business law practices. Additionally, Mr. Graff served as Managing Partner and Senior Litigator for Bolte & Graff, focusing on using his strengths in Civil Law, Federal Process, corporate litigation, and contract negotiation to provide effective, positive solutions for his valued clients. Mr. Graff provides assistance in setting up corporate structures as a service for EBS customers.

Trained in pre-IPO financing, joint venture and acquisition processes, and other corporate transactions, Mr. Graff began his career in Cable Television, before receiving his JD from Chapman University School of Law.   Mr. Graff is an alumni of Brigham Young University with a B.A. in Broadcast Communications, a published author of various legal and business related periodicals and research, as well as being a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of California, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
